2 cups oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp whole flaxseeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried apple slices, diced
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 300F. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until well coated.
2. Spray cooking spray on a large cookie sheet and spread mixture onto it. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. When done, add dried fruit and mix.
Makes 6 servings. Per serving: Calories 366, Fat 19g, Carbs 46g, Fiber 7g, Sugar 23g, Protein 6g
I guess you would have to measure it out to make 6 servings, but I would have 1/2 the serving myself because it is probably very filling.
