December 7th Workout

Thought I would blog about my workout today. 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. Speed at 3.7, incline at 7.
Chest and shoulders:

Chest:

Bench Press: 3 sets of 9 reps, 30 pounds
Plyometric Smith
Machine Press: 3 sets of 8 reps, 40 pounds
Cable Chest Fly: 3 sets of 12 rep, 20 pounds

Shoulders:

Lateral raises: 2 sets of 10 reps, 20 pound dumbbells
2 sets of 12 reps, 15 pound dumbbells
Upright rows: 3 sets of 8 reps, 40 pound bar
One arm cable
lateral raises: 2 sets of 8 reps at 7.5 pounds, last set 10 reps at 5 pounds
