The No Excuse at Home Workout

Most of us feel like we have no time to squeeze in a workout, and most of the time this is an excuse for people. There are many reasons why we feel like we cannot get in a workout, for example late night at work or busy driving the kids around. There is no reason not to squeeze in a 20-30 minute workout 3-5 times per week. No matter how busy I get, I always manage to find some time to workout, even if for only 30 minutes. I just make the most out of the little amount of time that I have.

Here is a workout that you can try at home, and all you need are your shoes, coffee table, 2 cans of soup and the floor.


Squats 20 reps
Alternating Lunges 20 reps
Pushups 20 reps
Jumping Jacks 20 reps
Triceps Dips using the coffee table 20 reps
Lateral Raises holding soup cans 20 reps
Jump Squats 20 reps
Reverse Flies holding soup cans 20 reps
Bicycles 20 reps
Side to Side Lateral Jumps 20 reps
Biceps Curls holding soup cans 20 reps
Burpees 20 reps

Try to make your way through this as fast as possible. To make this more challenging, go through this 2x. For the fitter population out there add more repetitions or go through these exercises 3x
