I was struggling yesterday to get to the gym, and if it wasn't for my husband and his friend coming back home to get me, I probably would not have gone. I was very tired from lack of sleep this past week, but was so happy when I did get in a workout. Here it is:
8 pull ups
8 hanging leg raises
20 jump squats
I did this 3x with a short break in between. I finished off with 3 sets of lateral raises, 1st set 6 reps with 20lbs, 2nd and 3rd set 10 reps with 15lbs. I also did 3 sets of standing upright rows with 30lbs bar 10 reps, standing shoulder press 3 sets of 12 reps with a 40lbs bar and finally 3 sets of front raises with a 25lbs plate, 6 reps.
