Workout for June 19, 2010

Went to the gym today after being in the sun all day, so that was tough since I felt sleepy. I am glad I went though since I had a great workout! Here it is:

100x Skip
6 Pullups
100x Skip
10 Hanging Leg Raises
100x Skip
10 Decline Pushups(toes on bench, hands on floor)
100x Skip
20 Jump Squats
100x Skip
12 reps of Bent Over Rows 25lbs plates
100x Skip
10 Burpees

I did this 3x and only had a break when I went through the whole workout. I trained legs after this and was pretty burnt out but this is what I did....

Seated Leg Press 230lbs, 10 reps
Straight Legged Dead Lift with bar and 20lbs each side
Superset this 3x

Smith Machine Squats 10 reps each leg with 50lbs
Knee tucks on bench 20 reps
Superset 3x

Standing One Leg Hamstring curls 10lbs, 10 reps

3 more sets of hanging leg raises 8 reps



  1. Oopps! Meant Smith machine Lunges! Stationary lunges 10 reps on each leg
