What Are You Feeding Your Kids?
Here is a list of popular foods that parents are allowing their children to eat:

640 calories, 26 grams fat, 1040 mg sodium, 74 grams carbohydrates, 19 grams sugar, 25 grams protein
All Beef Hot Dog Kids Meal with fries:
470 calories, 25 grams fat, 1270 mg sodium, 48 grams carbohydrates, 4 grams sugar, 12 grams protein
Cheeseburger Kids Meal with fries:

These are just some examples that I could find. There are so many unhealthy choices that parents allow their kids to make, with or without them. Kids these days are obese, on high blood pressure medication and have other health problems. Parents need to start prepping healthy food choices for their children and setting a good example. Life is busy, but not busy enough to send your kids off to school with lunch money or drive thru breakfast.
Your children are the ones who will be running this world, and the scary thing to me is seeing all the unhealthy children that are out there now. Make an effort and lead by example. Healthy lives start in the kitchen.
