Workout for December 16

I had a killer upper back and leg workout last night. I am quite sore today. Here is how it went:

Walking Lunges: 40 reps with 25lbs plates in each hand
Straight Leg Deadlifts: 25lbs plates, 15 reps
Bent Over Rows: 25lbs plates, 12 reps
3 sets back to back

Seated Leg Press: 270lbs, 10 reps
15 Jump Squats
3 sets back to back

Bench Step Downs: 25lbs plates, 10 reps
Knee Tucks on Bench: 20 reps
Shrugs: holding 2-25lbs plates, 15 reps
3 sets back to back

One Leg Standing Hamstring Curl machine: 15lbs, 12 reps
Lower Back Extensions: 12 reps
3 sets back to back

One Arm Rows: 50lbs, 8 reps
3 sets
