Workout For July 30

I had an awesome workout yesterday! I contemplated on doing a workout outdoors, but it was so hot and I really wanted to lift some weights.

Unassisted Close Grip Pull ups: 8 reps
Cable Cross Over: 30lbs, 6 reps
4 sets of each, back to back

2 sets on rowing machine, 200 meters with 30 seconds rest

One Arm Low Cable Row: 8 reps, 32.5lbs
20 Push ups
One Arm Cable Lateral Raises: 10lbs, 8 reps
4 sets of each, back to back

2 sets on rowing machine

Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: 30lbs, 10 reps
One Arm Dumbbell Row: 55lbs, 5 reps
Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 20lbs, 8 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 20lbs, 8 reps
4 sets of each, back to back

2 sets on rowing machine

Finished with a 15 minute walk on the treadmill on a 4% incline
