Never Take your Health for Granted

Just found out tonight that a friend of mine has cancer. I instantly felt sick to my stomach. This is a disease that just disgusts me to my very core and wish that it did not exist.

The good news is that because of all the exercise, the muscles and bones in his body are really strong so there is high hope for him.

Don't take your health for granted. Keep your body as healthy and fit as possible. Exercise everyday and eat clean, wholesome foods with no additives, hormones or preservatives. You never know if this can happen to you, and you need your body healthy to fight disease off.
