Living Room Workout!

I have been having an off day, and its so rainy here. Blah! But, what I am going to do is this workout, right now! I will post how long it took me after I finish up.

1. 50 Pushups
2. 50 Jump Squats
3. 20 Burpees
4. 20 Power Lunges
5. 50 Tricep Dips(on coffee table)
6. 50 Mountain Climbers
6. 20 Split Lunges(each leg, foot on coffee table)
7. 20 Burpees
8. 50 Skater Jumps
9. 50 Bicycles
10. 20 Burpees

I will start at 4pm
