Here is a recipe that I made and brought to 103.9 The Juice this morning and shared with hosts

It all tied together with our segment about "natural fat burning foods".
These muffins tasted even better the next day after they sat for a bit! Delicious! They are also dairy free =)
This is a great snack for post workout, or eat 2 for breakfast.
2 cups rolled oats, ground up(use a mini chopper)
2 scoops rice protein powder(or whey)
4 scoops Now Stevia
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp honey(or agave for vegan)
1 cup rice milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries, mashed or blended
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients and blend with a fork. Add the mashed berries and blend. Fill muffin cups half way for mini muffins or fill them for larger muffins.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm to the touch
Mini muffins make 10-12
Calories: Approx 138 if you make 10
