This was a delicious protein bar recipe! And very easy to make.
3 cups oats
2 scoops chocolate protein of your choice. I used a vegan protein
2-4 scoops stevia(depending on how sweet you want them)
1 tsp palm sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup very finely ground peanuts
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oats(keep to the side)
Mix all dry ingredients together. Grind peanuts in a mini food chopper and mix with dry ingredients. Mix in 1/2 cup water then dump everything in the food processor until well mixed. If the batter is getting to hard to mix, add more water.
Dump out into a bowl and add the rest of the oats in and mix by hand.
Line a pan with wax paper and put the batter in, press down with a spoon or with hands. Be careful it will be sticky!
Let sit in fridge over night before cutting into bars.
