I wanted to post my cardio training that I did with Juice Host Christy Farrell on Tuesday. It was pretty intense, and this is the type of training that I get everyone to do to shed fat for a competition.
20 minute walk on treadmill, 10% incline, 3.5 speed
The prowler was being used or would have been included in this circuit:
100 feet on the Jacobs ladder
200 meters highest tension on rowing machine
3 sets back to back, little or no rest
Prowler push 2x back and forth, rest while waiting to do two more sets
20 minute walk on treadmill 5% incline 3.5 speed
