Yummy Home Made Protein Bars

I found this recipe in the latest Oxygen Magazine's Clean Eating Quick and Easy Recipe book that I received in the mail. It was so good! I actually almost threw it away because I couldn't stop picking at it(I do that sometimes).

2 cups rolled oats
4 scoops protein powder(I only used 2 scoops because in the past have made similar bars, and was too much to mix in)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter(heat up to melt if too thick)
1 tbsp ground flax
1/4-1/2 cup water

Line a loaf pan with wax paper or parchment paper. Mix all ingredients and dump it all in the loaf pan. This recipe says to put in the freezer but I just put the bars in the fridge, worked out fine!
