Chocolate Protein Pudding!

Yes I am obsessed with chocolate. How can you tell? I find it wonderful that I can be on a competition diet and still eat food loaded with chocolate.

I had brown rice already cooked in the fridge so I used it all, which came to 415 grams.

Add brown rice, 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup water, 4 scoops stevia(or more) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add extra water if the consistency is too thick. Serve as is or warm up in oven or microwave.

Why not serve it in a martini glass? Looks so pretty!
