1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder
5-10 drops vanilla stevia
1/4-1/2 cup water
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Mix all ingredients (except peanut butter) and 1/4 cup water together until moist. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add extra water if the batter is too dry. Spray mini muffin cups with non stick spray. Fill cups and top with peanuts, coconut flakes and mini chocolate chips!
Store in fridge overnight to set. Makes about 16-18 mini protein bites.
You an add extra protein powder if you like, you would just have to add more water.
