Cocoa Banana Protein Bars

Great for on the go!

1 cup ground oats or oat bran
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
15-20 drops liquid vanilla stevia
1 jar banana baby food
1 egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
Optional dried fruit

Preheat oven to 350F
Grind oats if you don't have oat bran. Measure out 1 cup and put in bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Spray a square dish with non stick spray and pour ingredients in. Bake 10-15 minutes.
