Post Workout Brownies

Tastes like chocolate cake. Try them :)

250g yams, boiled
1 scoop chocolate protein powder(I used Kaizen Naturals)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp baking powder
20 drops vanilla stevia
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cube and boil yams until tender. Blend in food processor. Add cocoa, vanilla, coconut oil, honey and stevia, Blend then add egg whites and process until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into an 8x6 or 8x8 dish, sprayed with non stick spray.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
