Bleacher Workout

I had a last minute quick bleacher workout the other day that left me sweating with shaky legs. It was awesome!

10x run up and down
1 minute water break

Side squat jumps, right leg lead, 2 steps at a time
Side squat jumps left leg lead
Frog jumps all the way to top, 2 steps at a time, 2x
Lunge jumps, right leg lead, jump up and landing on next step in a lunge
Lunge jumps, left leg lead
1 minute water break

Side squat jumps, right leg lead, 2 steps at a time
Side squat jumps left leg lead
Frog jumps all the way to top, 2 steps at a time, 2x
