Random Workout

Today I kind of was all over the place, and sometimes that is fun to do. No plan in mind, just have a good workout.

Hamstring curl 12 reps SUPERSET triceps extension machine 15 reps 5 sets

TRX Hamstring curl 15 reps



SUPERSET TRX Triceps 12 reps extension 4 sets



Cable gluts kickback 12-15 reps heavy



SUPERSET one arm triceps cable press 10 reps heavy 4 sets



Unassisted pull-ups 6-10 reps SUPERSET wide grip pull down 8-10 reps heavy
4 sets

Straight arm cable press 8-10 reps heavy



SUPERSET barbell curl 12 reps SUPERSET triceps cable press 8-10 reps heavy 4 sets
