Cul de Sac Workout

I am at my parents house in St. Jerome, Quebec and decided I would workout just outside their place in the cul de sac. It was quite challenging because it is really hot and humid out, but I finished my workout anyways.

3 sets:

10 stairs 10x taking 2 at a time
Walking lunges 100x
10 Power Push ups
50 Leap Frogs(in a squat, jump as far as possible and land in a squat)
10 Power Push ups
1 sprint around cul de sac
Side shuffles, 20x each side
Triceps Dips 20x

Only took a break after I was finished all the exercises

Made some healthy muffins for my family, blueberry and chocolate chip for my cute niece, Arielle =)

1 cup rolled oats
1.5 cups Quaker Natural Wheat Bran
.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1 cup egg whites
.25 cup olive oil
2 tsp honey

Preheat oven to 375F. Mash the banana and add remaining wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and mix. If the mixture is too liquidy, add more oats or wheat bran. Split mixture in half, add frozen berries to one half and chocolate chips to other half. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set.

The chocolate chip muffins baked faster then the berry muffin so keep an eye on both. I will have to add the berries thawed next time, but the muffins were quite moist and everyone loved them, especially my niece!
