Workout of The Day for Facebook Fans

Just like I promised, if I had 40 likes on my status I would blog my workout of the day for everyone to have!

                                                            Legs and Shoulders Day

Front squats at the squat rack, 10-12 reps

SUPERSET straight arm lateral raises, hold light plates 12-15 reps
4 sets back to back

Straight legged DEADLIFT: 12-15 reps

SUPERSET barbell shoulder press 10-12 reps
4 sets back to back

Hack squats heavy 8-10 reps

SUPERSET machine shoulder press 10-12 reps
4 sets back to back

One legged DEADLIFT 10 reps each side

SUPERSET weighted jump squats: hold a dumbbell or kettlebell goblet style, squat down and touch elbows to knees, jump up and immediately land down low, elbows to knees 10 reps
SUPERSET down the rack lateral raises: heaviest to lightest keeping arms straight with the light dumbbells
3 sets back to back

Machine Glut Kickbacks

3 sets each leg, 10 reps
